Our Returns and Refunds Policy

We accept bikinis purchased from in new condition with tags and liners intact for a full refund. Return shipping is at the customer expense. Please note that any sale items are final sale and not eligible for return. Any items purchased with a discount code are not eligible for return or refund. For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear and that the following is met:

  • Unworn items must be returned within 14 days of delivery date
  • Unworn items must have hygiene sticker in place and all swing tags attached, and must be in perfect resale condition
  • Unworn items must be returned in our original OUMAIMA complete packaging.
How to I return something?

On our website homepage - there's a personal account icon in the top right next to your 'cart' - Click on this & enter your email. You will receive a code to log in.

Once you log in you'll see your order & can request the return for the products you wish to return. It should be all automated.

You will need to use the same email address you used to order from Oumaima for this to work.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. We offer a full or partial refund on all orders that do not include any sale items or items bought with discount codes.

The refund must be claimed within 14 dates of the order delivery date.

The costs of all return shipping labels are at the customer's expense.

Are returns free?

The shipping cost of returning an item is fully at the customer's expense. This is due to high shipping costs to various countries from the USA.

This will be deducted automatically before your refund. *Product returned minus postage expense from your country*

Please leave us a note as you request the return/refund if you want the return to be the standard or express shipping charge.

Can I return a sale / discount code item?

All items marked as final sale, or with a discount code have been reduced in price and cannot be returned for a refund.

We understand that buying final sale items can be difficult, so if you have any questions about sizing, fit or fabric please contact us at

What if I receive a faulty item?

We are confident you’ll love your pieces however if there are any issues with quality or a fault we will resolve this quickly. Every product we send out is quality controlled, however, in the unlikely event of a faulty item, please contact our customer care support team at within 14 days so we can start the exchange process.  

OUMAIMA will bear the return shipping costs, so please keep your postage receipt and we will reimburse you if we deem the item to be faulty. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the exchange, so it is recommended to use a tracked method for safe delivery. Once your item is returned to us, has been inspected and if we deem it to be faulty, you will be given a store credit so you can re-purchase from our online store.

If your package shows signs that it was damaged in transit please email our customer service team within 7 days.
